Roasted Tomatoes, Mushroom, and Garlic Pasta with Bacon and Meatballs
Our house received some good ripe cherry tomatoes. I used some of it to prepare pasta for the Jesuits in the house. Roasted the tomatoes with garlic and mushrooms. After roasting, I sauted then together with some bacon, meatballs, olives, and caramelized onions. Poured about a cup of white wine. Then added al dente spaghetti.
