Chicken Teriyaki

 



My version of Chicken Teriyaki. I marinated filleted chicken thighs in light soy sauce, garlic, and mirin overnight. I simply grilled it the next day. For the sauce, i simmered the marinade and added a cornstarch slury to thicken it. Poured it over the cooked chiken and sprinkled some toasted sesame seeds.
